Time and attendance system correctly extracts payroll information
Cairn Energy has this week withdrawn special payments to founder Sir Bill Gammell. The money totalling £3.5 million was a reward for the former chief executive pulling off a multi-billion pound sale of much of its Indian subsidiary. The Edinburgh-based oil exploration company decided not to award Sir Bill the cash, as political pressure has built on ‘unfair’ executive pay. Cairn Energy has sold off most of its stake in Rajasthan, India, where it successfully struck oil.
A major requirement of any Time & Attendance system is the ability to export information to the payroll system. Time & Attendance Scotland leads in this field and has worked with all of the major payroll packages. Our WinTA software has a wide range of configuration options to extract payroll information in exactly the correct format. It can share or receive information from third party applications by using readily available interface modules. Data transfers can occur either on demand or more usually as an automated process.
