Time and Attendance Software

Time and Attendance Software The time and attendance software for all of the WinTA systems has a familiar Windows™ interface, providing quick and easy access to information.

You can create a wide range of daily working patterns (shifts), with either fixed or flexitime rules. These can run past midnight, making night shifts simple to define. Overtime is easily monitored, and both paid and unpaid breaks are easy to define and calculate.

The WinTA software can store information on up to 1000 production or department jobs.

With the simple use of a smart card or key fob, employees book time against these jobs to produce a fully costed analysis and break down of time spent on each one. Reports show jobs that are over budget or those approaching their budget limit. This information can also be exported to spreadsheets.

The built-in report generator makes it simple to get the time and attendance information you need from the system.

Time and Attendance Software Standard reports include:

Additional features are available for the WinTA Enterprise and WinTA Access Enterprise software packages, which can be implemented on your time and attendance system to take into account diversity with working rules between individual organisations.

All time and attendance software is fully compliant with the EU Working Time Directive, thus making it easy to confirm to the European regulations with regards to employment law.
