According to SLC’s accounts, the organisation paid £223,000 to MacDonald Wallace Ltd for the services of David Wallace in his role as chief operating officer between April 1, 2010 and March 7, 2011. Wallace, a 46-year-old accountant from Giffnock near Glasgow, is sole director and shareholder of MacDonald Wallace Ltd.
